A-OK Cafe is the in-house coffee shop ofAritizia's flagshipYorkville store, selling washed Colombian coffee and croissants to shoppers before and after spending sprees.

This sprawling location is the only one to have its own coffee shop, and like the rest of the store, the cafe is super lush, with velvet and brass details.

There's a strict no-laptop policy here, and given there aren't many tables here (just six small rounds lining the dark green banquette) it's definitely more ideal for meet-ups over batch brew ($2.50 for a small).

Coffee comes from Toronto roaster De Mellho Palheta, though they also have their own rotating A-OK coffee roasts: light roast, single-origin, washed Colombian beans that you can try with a batch brew.

You'll find all your regular cafe offerings like espresso ($2.50), americanos ($3.25) or a One-And-One ($3.75), an espresso plus macchiato that can't be taken to go.

There's some specialty drinks too, including a really exceptional Calpico tea soda ($5.75).

It's an unexpectedly delicious drink served with either matcha, hojicha, or rooibos, which you pour and mix into the drink yourself.

An impressive but limited collection of baked goods come via Vaughan wholesalerBartholomew Bakery.

There's plain, almond ($3.75) and strawberry ($3.50) croissants.

You'll also find some more interesting treats like a Kouign-amann ($3.25) pronounced "Queen-aman" a fatty, flattened French pastry, and canale, a tiny vanilla rum cake ($3.25).

Kanelbullar, a Swedish cinnamon twist ($3.75), isn't a common find in most Toronto cafes, and the barista says there's only two places in the city that carry it.
